Lyon County Arrest Report Fees
LCSO charges 10 cents per released page and lists $2 to $5 for photos, CDs, videotapes, and diskettes, with the custodian stating the exact amount. Since October 1, 2025, the fee schedule has listed a $5 Criminal Investigation Summary Notice or Report and $10 per fingerprint set. Both are waived for Lyon County residents and property owners.
